Cancellation Policy

Workshops Cancellations

If you need to cancel a workshop because you can no longer attend, you have 14 days before the date of your workshop to cancel to receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 13 days of the workshop, we do not guarantee a full refund, this will depend on whether your ticket can be resold. Please note, you are welcome to pass on your ticket to someone else, please email studio@isabellehesketh.com to let Isabelle know of the change. If you don’t know anyone who would want your ticket you can also email studio@isabellehesketh.com and we will let you know if anyone was on the waiting list for the class you were attending.
